Spring special complete mobile home remodeling known as
flip your trailer! To; install standard gable roof with
shingles, remove old metal siding and replace with update
type and re-insulate the walls, reinsulate under the floors and seal up complete bottom with plywood,relevel the home, then if you want to build on a room this would
be the best time so we could tie it directly into the framed walls like a house is done and build a roof over the complete project. From the outside it would have a all new look and on the inside we could replace bad flooring areas, sheet rock all the interior walls and ceiling, spray texture on walls and accoustic ceiling
creating the actual look inside a house,further more we
build front and rear porches screened in if so desired and tie the complete roof together.
To do such a project would cost less then buying a new
mobile home and especially a double wide or even a house.
For example I have taken old mobile homes that the customer had paid less then $1,000.00 for remodeling complete inside added rooms and porches with roof over it all ! It didn't even look like a mobile home any longer and a Appraisal company came out and appraised it at $110,000.00 and the project costed the people $38,000.00 and there home was worth twice the value not including the property value. After they was informed that there was a mobile home in the middle they changed
or wrote a second appraisal of $79,500.00
